Chantel “Chani” Christie is making her mark in the world as both a singer and a positive role model for children. A good head on her shoulders is what has helped bring Chani to where she is today. Only at the beginning of her career, Chani can already claim the titles of model, actress, recording artist and spokesperson.

Her new album is a product of some of the best professionals in the industry, including producer Ralph B. Stacy, a veteran of great music that holds a history with artists like Luther Vandross, Pink, Paula Abdul, Bobby Brown and Mario. “Chani is a breath of fresh air and a producer’s dream,” said Stacy.

“She is great to work with because of her versatility as a singer. We didn’t have to over produce and package her sound because she has so much natural talent. Chani enjoy’s reading writing and making new friends, a self proclaimed fashionista! she is also looked upon by her peers as a fashion go to girl, and a trend setter!

With no where to go but up, Chani is counting her blessings, and it’s not only her musical talents that are proving the success of this young girl. But also her passion to lead the youth is what has guided her reputation as a positive role model, after being chosen as the youth Spokesperson for the YMCA, Chani is also the UNITED STATES youth ambassador on HIV/AIDS Awareness as well.

“Growing up as a Christie, has taught me the values of leaving a positive impact on the youth Chani has said. I am excited about bringing awareness and education to kids across the globe.”

An accomplished model, Chani has been featured in over 100 print ads for a variety of department stores such as Nordstrom’s and Macy's, and is starring in her own new reality show “Coming Up Christie”to debut fall 2008.

Chani will soon add “author” to her list of credits as she plans to release her first book titled “I Want To Live: A Teen’s Guide to Finding Self Love” 2008.

Born and raised in Washington State, Chani is currently home schooled while pursuing her ambitious career.

My Dream" is a great mix of r&b pop, and hip hop it is fun and uptempo with some nice ballads as well, i touch on human issues that everyone can relate to. and i really get to express my self well through my music on my debut album.

* An estimated 906,000 children are victims of abuse & neglect every year. The rate of victimization is 12.3 children per 1,000 children
* Children ages 0-3 are the most likely to experience abuse. About 1 in 50 U.S. infants are victims of nonfatal child abuse or neglect in a year, according to the first national study of the problem in that age group done by the Centers of Disease Control and Prevention along with The Federal Administration for Children and Families.
* 1,500 children die every year from child abuse and neglect. That is just over 4 fatalities every day.
